Dr. T.V. Rao is the Founder President of the National HRD Network and is widely recognized as the 'Father of Indian HRD'. He has worked as a consultant to UNESCO, USAID, UNIDO, and Commonwealth Secretariat, and has authored over 60 books shaping HRD globally.

Dr. Nidhi Vashishth brings over 25 years of experience in academia, consulting, and the corporate sector. She partners with leading public and private sector organizations pan-India to design OD interventions. She previously served as Director (In-Charge) of the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.
